Agile PM Method

The Agile procedure provides for a whole series of meetings to be able to review what has been done and, based on the feedback from the stakeholders, return to what is called a sprint (task variable), re-edit and review the activity. It is clear that this approach to have a minimum of regulation should be structured with the "SCRUM" methodology. (this you are doing) with the road map and App updates is an "AGILE" approach. It is clear that perhaps it would be better to provide the platform with this possibility and open a dedicated section, but the tools that would be needed could be designed and delivered, without problems, such as: the possibility of making concept maps for meetings, the possibility of making a board for brainstorming, or the structuring of matrices where the participants can orientate cards with their thoughts or votes in the areas defined by the meeting master, and then acquire information to re-edit the "Sprint".
