Completed tasks filtering

Hidden Duplicate

It's important to have the possibility to hide completed tasks in ProjectFormation: in some projects we have various contemporary tasks that don't "go away" in project view.
We use normal and infinite projects because we use projects for tasks regarding departmens for "common office jobs.
