Enable filtering in Project Formation

When viewing a specific project > Overview there is a filter bar presented so tasks can be filtered by such things as Label, Category, Solver, State, etc.
However, when viewing the project on a different tab (e.g. Files or Process) the filter bar is not available. Thus, for example, I can't filter on the Process view to see only ToDo tasks and hide tasks that are completed.
Please carry over the filter bar to all project views.

our first commitment there is filtering out closed tasks. No we will discuss the possibility to add more filters
