Issue when adding a second time slot to resources' working hours

When adding a seconf time slot for the resources working hours, the start time of the 2nd time slot change after having being set. Not a critical issue but it happens every time we add additional time slots, so we have to take care to correctly re-set it when it changes.

How to reproduce : go to resources > working hours. For a day of the week (no matter which one, the problem exiusts for all days), adjust the first time slot from 09:00 to 12:30 , then click on "Add time slot", set the start time to 14:00 : when you leave this input to set the end date, you will notice that the "start time" automatically changes to 12:15 .
